Not the quality i expected.
Treated myself to a new breakfast cup and saucer and liked the Spode design. Came packaged well and looked the part but on closer inspection the transfer design seemed a little cramped and the figure at the front is somewhat stunted. I also noted the cup and saucer was made in China!A little disappointed in the quality of this item.

Most definitely a jumbo size cup!
I was actually hoping for a slightly smaller cup but larger than the standard size, but this cup is extremly large. However, it does make a perfect soup cup. It probably is a little too thick to drink tea from and really enjoy it, albeit, it would be a very large cup of tea!

Large tea cups
I think this is the absolute best teacup I have ever had. I could also use it for soup. But it’s my morning tea cup or if a friend comes over we’ll have tea out of these cups. I’ll probably refer to them as my Alison Wonderland cops because they’re oversize. Really kind of fun.
