Took the pain off my knee so it appears to be very effective

Not sure how they are working as I don't have joint problems. Being on steroids I decided to give these a go. Nice to drink. Having a bone scan soon so will have a better picture then.

Flavour is not good so I mix with pink vit c tablet water and loads ice

If you are suffering from a sleep disorder like me, try taking this before going to sleep. Normally it takes ages for me to get to sleep, I wake up many times during the night and I never wake up feeling rested. None of that this morning, I don't remember staying awake for ages and didn't wake up during the night even once, also woke up early and feeling well rested. I am assuming my muscles needed the magnesium to relax and let me sleep deeply. I have learned this when a doctor in Austria prescribed water soluble magnesium for my daughter's abdominal dyspepsia which caused her a great deal pain, thinking that it might be caused by muscle spasms. Hope this will help.

Taste fantastic

I was previously using the osteocare liquid, which was pretty thick and gloopy and extremely messy and didn’t actually taste very nice at all in my opinion, although many other reviewers seem to like the taste. I then discovered this tablet form that you simply pop into a glass of water and when it finishes effervescing, you give it a stir and drink it. It’s just a nice fizzy orange flavour and I will switch to this from here on.

I don't know if theses are good or not but I haven't received them yet and they are cheaper than the other product to help with our bones. Who knows if it's good or not because there's know way of telling. I tried one tablet from my mum's container and it tastes like diluted orange.
