Easy to assemble and feels nice and sturdy and well made. Anti slip surface is reassuring when in use. Currently using it for lower limb physio exercises. Happy with my purchase and good value.

Note: this has only one extra step so it does not get very tall. It is stable but you won't get much height. If you want 3 or 4 levels you need a different product. Good quality. I have used it inside and outside for exercise and it works for me. I am 200lbs so it can carry that weight.

This hard plastic stepping aid is OK if you only use it for stepping up and down. No good for exercises like calf raises as it flips up very easily due to its lack of substance. as soon as your weight moves away from the block it tips. I have tried using it against a wall for support but the same thing happens so I will go back to using my staircase. Price was OK and there are four hight blocks so it can be altered but as I got it predominantly for calf raises it is no good for me. To be fair though I would think this would be the case with any of these steppers as they are virtually all made from a hard plastic and have very little weight in them. The moral is just to use the equipment for what it was intended.

It's a plastic step - holds my weight. Job done.

I bought this to do Body pump over the lockdowns. However, this is way too small to lie on for chest track or to do push-ups from. This is partly my fault as I’d never used a step until doing body pump at the gym so I wrongly assumed that all steps were a universal size as per the Les Mills steps - nope! So if you’re just using for stepping on in a non-Les Mills type class, this will be fine, but know that it is really small so for me it was a waste of money.

I bought this step on advice from my PT friend to get in and out of my super tall bed after back surgery and it has been a lifesaver. Very sturdy and easy to add the extra height to it. I'm excited to use for exercise after cleared from the doctor. Nice width and length too.

Steppbrett steht sicher auf dem Boden (sowohl auf Fliesen als auch auf Laminat) und rutscht nicht weg. Trotz der breiteren Auftrittfläche von 31 cm muss man hier auch mit "kleinen" Füßen schon aufpassen, dass man mit dem ganzen Fuß auf dem Brett steht - ein schmäleres Brett würde ich daher gar nicht empfehlen!
