Too hard
Instructions were not written by someone who could speak English fluently and they are difficult to understand. Upon putting my SIM card in, it was also difficult to understand how to set it up. Putting it back into my original phone, I found that my SIM doesn’t work anymore and now I have to take it to the store. (My provider is AT&T fyi.)
