I absolutely love this toaster! It's such a cute addition to my office, and it works perfectly for toasting my morning bagels. Very nice toaster, color nice, easy directions

This toaster never worked right from the beginning. It was usual for it to burn one piece of bread and not the other and we dealt with it for 2 years! We are finally giving it the heave ho and moving on. Not the way to start your morning.

This is a Very Fancy Toaster ! Lots of settings, I like the defrost option because I keep most of my bread frozen to keep it from molding. I have Gastroparesis and my diet is pretty limited, one thing that I can eat is Toast !! So of Course I need a Pink toaster- Smiling ! It’s also German ! My Mom is from Germany so that was another added Bonus … She actually got this for Me as an early Christmas gift because mine wasn’t working anymore. It’s big enough for Bagels , Muffins or thicker Bread. All I can say is I Love it ! Big Smile :)

Cute but small. Only regular bread fits. It’s simple to use. A cancel button to eject if needed. It toast very even.

Just bought this toaster and I love it! I first put one piece of bread in it to see how it toasted because I had read reports that you needed to run it a couple times to get rid of any odor. But that wasn't the case with my toaster - it worked great right from the start. I did what others suggested and tried to toast a bagel and yes I did have to flatten it out a little bit so it fit in the slots but it wasn't bad it didn't affect the texture or the taste of the bagel and toasted perfectly. I purchased the two slice turquoise toaster and it's so cute on the counter.

There is no lying, the toaster is aesthetically pleasing and looked great in our white kitchen, but that’s the extent of it. Besides looking pretty, the toaster is useless. I ignored any negative reviews I read, because I know people can be extremely picky. I thought “how bad can it be.” But after a few days both my 11 and 12 year old asked me to replace it. The quality seems similar to my daughter’s Pottery Barn toy toaster. It feels cheap compared to the Cuisinart it replaced. But we stuck with it for 2 months because it’s pretty and I wanted to like it. The width and depth of the slots are pretty bad. Not only did I have to use my weight to flatten our bagels before putting them in, but even regular bread was getting stuck. The slots are so slim and the wiring so close to the bread that it would start to burn quickly. For every use we had gotten in the habit of unplugging it and then getting a fork to pry out the toast or bagel. There are also no numbers on the knob so if someone turned up the heat prior to your use, there was no way of knowing. It’s in the donation bin now. I feel bad that I’m passing my junk to someone else, but maybe they won’t mind all the trouble. I ended up replacing it with a Rae Dunn toaster. I don’t think the Rae Dunn is as pretty as this one, but it’s worked great and gets the job done perfectly. I wouldn’t recommend this toaster. Toasting bread shouldn’t require so much effort.

I loved the colour / style of this toaster, but unfortunately it was just way too small. The openings didn't allow for anything other than a pretty thin slice of bread - so bagels, buns, anything like that is out of the question. A toaster that can only toast small pieces of bread is kind of useless as a toaster.

Cute toaster. Not the highest in quality. Cannot put thick bread or bagels in it. Temperature controls are good. Not 100% value for money
