This definitely works but the taste of garlic is so overpowering it's unbearable and I like garlic.

Im not sure how well these will work without a very strict diet so I cannot really leave a fair review. I can say that for those complaining about the garlic taste its really not that bad at all. Don't let this put you off.

It is lovely, however it did delay my period for a week. It is the only product that had naturally cured cyclical issues I had around my menstrual cycle however be wary that it does change you a lot, including your period length. The garlic smell does make me gag however I’ve gotten used to it.

I didn’t enjoy this as much as my other optibac probiotic for women. This smelt quite strong like garlic and I felt that I couldn’t feel that the probiotics were active but I may be wrong. I don’t think I’ll purchase again. This was just to buy time between receiving my usual probiotic.
