What does it mean by "lock-in" length setting? Is there a way to stop the length wheel accidentally turning during use?

You manually select the length required and that adjusts the vibrating cutters.unless you move the length adjuster again it will not move accidentally. Therefore it's locked to the length chosen. Hope that helps.

Does anyone know where I can buy a cutting comb for this model as I dropped one and it broke.

Yep - Philips own website. They’re not cheap (but obviously are original). P&P is a bit of a rip off though.... Just make sure you buy the right size

Is the charge time really 1 hour for 90 minutes of use?

I charged it once and have had 2 hair cuts from it and still going strong
