My Husband can now sleep like a baby!!!
Purchased this for my long suffering Husband, and he loves it!!!No longer does my night-time television viewing keep him awake and, not only that, he says that the cooling effect from the gel insert makes for a better night's sleep than he's had before! He simply pops the insert in the fridge for 5 or so minutes, and then away he goes!He has quite a 'round' head bless him lol, but the mask is adjustable so fits him like a glove :)Great buy at a great price! Otherwise it is great for when I have ocular migraines
This is not a fashion statement piece... so why is the seam for the gelpack on the side meant to be against my face. This causes mild irritation as there is a bump in the fabric right by the edge of my eye. This is the only downfall. Otherwise it is great for when I have ocular migraines.

The silk mask did a great job when it has been used for sleep, however it is a nightmare to slide the gel pad in it as it seems to be slightly bigger then the actual mask. Dissapointing
