It has all sorts of benefits and I was skeptical when a friend told me his severe reflux has been pretty non existent for 2 years now since taking this every day. I took it everyday for the first month (not for the faint hearted...) and now only take it every other day or mainly when I remember to! This has changed my life and I'm no longer afraid of certain foods and haven't had a bad episode of reflux or heartburn for weeks now. Obviously this may not work for everyone but please try it. I usually mix a jar (old jam jar) of 2 parts cider/2 parts water/1 part honey which I use for the week and take 2 good mouthfuls a day. At the beginning it is a quite a shock and you can't see how this can help but do persevere. I also bought a bottle for my niece who has dreadful heartburn and I will keep taking it for the forseeable. Very happy bunny!

Brought this rather than the expensive Gummies.. It taste terrible but this is vinegar and I don't know of any vinegar that tastes good - i will say the more you take it you start to I've been using this now for a few weeks and i have to say, it removes all excess water and i haven't felt hungry since using it, I do feel better and will continue

I have heard this is great for regulating sugars and as I am a diabetic I am giving it a go. Also helps to lower cholesterol. I am taking a large spoonful in warm water with honey and is quite nice. Will shall see results.

This Cidar Vinegar has a rich, full taste and makes a lovely pre- breakfast drink whe mixed with a teaspoon of honey and warm water. I bought it before and tried others in the interim. This is definitely my favourite. I use it to help keep my digestion right. Very good product - would recommend.

Pipkin Apple Cider Vinegar is Great!! The 'MOTHER' was all mixed in at first glance, but after settling there was plenty to feast the eyes on. In my humble opinion, Pipkin is AS GOOD AND ON EQUAL PAR with the more famed brand 'Braggs', which i had been a consumer of for years. Due to pricing hikes i sought to find an alternative at a Good price. FOUND IT!! So long as the price remains the same here i shall buy again on a regular basis.
