Great looking with decent sound too.

I very rarely review anything, but felt compelled to do so for these speakers. I bought these with the original intention of installing them in the cockpit of my boat, but found that the available mounting depth was very slightly too small (not the speakers' fault....). Instead I decided to replace the interior Pioneer units with these. They were only 10cm / 4 inch and were probably original factory install, so 20 years old, and so accordingly, the bar was not exactly set very high, but with the addition of a new Alpine headunit these speakers are sounding amazing for the money. A night and day difference, and yes, I did test new headunit with the old speakers first, as otherwise I would not have jigsawed bigger holes in the marine ply in the boat's interior. For the money they are extremely hard to fault, and the only reason I haven't given them five stars is because they have not proved their durability yet, but I'm seriously impressed with the sound - these speaker are literally one tenth the price of Fusion or Alpine marine speakers I have had before, and that seems ridiculous given their performance. I was thinking of buying another set because they're so impressive, but the truth is another set in inside a 26 foot yacht is simply not necessary.. I might try the other Pyle marine speakers with a substantially lower mounting depth requirement for the cockpit instead.
