For the price you pay this is a fantastic item. I wore this out for New Year which is mostly outside so the fabric was a bit flimsy but for indoors it is great. The shirt is only a neck piece but does work really well for the outfit. Really looked smart however the badges need thinking about one strip is missing for a captain and it also has flight sergeant strips but that's just me being pedantic

Absolutely worth the money if it was £10! Way over priced and sizes all wrong. trousers would have been for an XXL and jacket was was large and see through. You don't even get a shirt with the costume it's just a bib with a tie.

I needed an outfit to wear for a 1940’s event and this looked really good in the photo and Smiffys do produce some great outfits and have a very good reputation so I ordered this. What came to be honest was quite disappointing. The jacket was not too bad and fitted although resembled a pyjama top rather than a suit. The cap I received was awful and see through. There was no way to get the thing into shape to wear. The trousers were basically long elasticated tracksuit bottoms. There is no way that I could have turned up in this outfit to a 1940s weekend. It is probably ok for a fancy dress party if can find another cap, shirt, blue trousers and tie. I guess you get what you pay for and it was less than £26 on Amazon. I may be over critical after seeing the advertised photo Which looks really good but honesty is the best option. Glad I didn’t pay the £47 retail price. The same outfit is £35 on the manufactures website. The outfit was sadly unsuitable for what I needed and I was able to send it back and get a full refund.

Uniform good fit although a bit flimsy. Hat would fit a small child.

I ordered a medium and it was XXL at least. I am not a big guy but this medium was massive. The trousers were just two tubes with a waist, couldn't use them. The jacket was very big also, came with a piece of shirt and stitched on it was suppose to be a tie.The hat was ok but very cheaply made and looking. All in all I used it for what I needed it for but would not buy again. Smiffys you should be ashamed of yourselves. I will think twice ordering costumes fro them again. If you have to have it remember it is very big for a medium.

Delivered on the expected day of delivery. Costume fits well and comfortable. Rim of the cap is a little on the large side. Not a great problem as this can be resolved easily. Over all it is very good quality. Wearing costume for a VE Day tea party at a residential home.

Poor quality not worth the amount paid. I will have to alter to make it work. The shirt front is shocking held by velcro and all fraid. Tie is only 6 inches long and held again by velcro. If I could return it, I would but too close to event. The only part usable is the hat and jacket. The trousers are cheap polyester and very wide legs looks like a sack of potatoes.

Il vestito è semplice ma ben fatto. la cinta da stringere in vita, il berretto rigido e le rifiniture lo rendono di gran figura. Consiglio una propria camicia bianca , di migliore effetto. Il prezzo è nella media e vale la pena. E' difficile da trovare in giro, e per una volta saremo mascherati con qualcosa di diverso dai soliti tempi (mostro, vampiro, infermiere..) E poi via alle battute con le ragazze.. ti porto in viaggio con me.. ho un jet privato... vuoi essere la mia hostess.. :) Buone feste mascherate! Although the pants are elastic-waisted and the "shirt" is simply a collar that fits below the jacket, this was a good quality costume. It was for a 1940s party, and my husband won the best costume award. He is 5'11" and weighs about 205, and the large fit him well.

Billige Qualität, die Teile stinken, der Anzug zerfällt (man muss ein paar Stellen selbst daheim stärken/nähen), ... nicht zu empfehlen
