i bought this Moringa from Troo health as it represented very good value, the product was very effective in helping my arthritis, i noticed a big difference. I had to discontinue taking it for a while as it gave me real bad heartburn and a burn like feeling in my stomach, I would say take with food and that problem would be sorted out, overall great service, great product and great price.

I am now on my third bottle, I find I have had more energy, feel well and able to increase my general fitness , i.e. Walking ,swimming cycling I had surgery in September and found my recovery time was fast , having had the same surgery prior I can compare how different I felt, I also felt I healed quicker too, As it's the season for alsorts of colds and bugs flying about I am usually susceptible to everything going , since starting these I have had one minor cold lasting 5 days , normally I would be struggling for weeks as they always develope into chest infections , would recommend as a health booster to aid immune system and increase general wellbeing and stamina

I've been taking these capsules now for just under 2 months. I haven't noticed any difference or additional health benefits since I've been taking these capsules. I can't say that my health has improved, but it hasn't harmed me either, maybe I haven't been taking them long enough to notice any difference. I had quite high expectations for these capsules which so far haven't been met, so I won't be purchasing these capsules again. Originally I was going to purchase the powder or the seeds but ended up purchasing these capsules, next time I'll purchase Moringa powder or the seeds instead.

Good product

I seen someone on youtube saying that moringa helped with arthritis aches & stiffness, so thought i would try it although a bit dubious at first, i looked on Amazon and found these organic capsules and as they are not expensive i bought them. I have arthritic pain & stiffness in feet, knees, hip, shoulders and hands and my wife has pain in one knee and i have been taking cocodamol but suffered the usual side effects, after a week of taking the moringa the pain has not completely gone but it is greatly reduced and i no longer use cocodamol. Have just ordered our third box and will definitely continue to use and would recommend them to anyone.

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!The reason I bought these things in the first place was because I was wanted to use it as an anti-inflammatory. Moringa is known to have 36 different anti-inflammatory properties and I was eager to put it to the test. How you may think?Currently I am undergoing laser tattoo removal once a month and previously I was using the standard anti-inflam's that you get from Tesco, Sainsbury's etc...you know...the ones that are packed full of harmful chemicals...Well...I was simply blown away. After a laser session, your body part (my arm in this case - I have a half sleeve) swells up for about a week and that's with R.I.C.E (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) - After just 3 days of taking this twice a day my arm has all but returned to normal (minimal swelling compared to the supermarket stuff). Incredible!
