do you put the drops in the refrigerator?

Personally I don't. It says on the packaging that they should be stored below 25C but room temperature hardly ever reaches that. If the weather and therefore room temperature was very hot then most probably I would put them in the fridge. Otherwise icy cold drops in the eyes can be a bit uncomfortable so I just store them in a relatively cool place.

How long does a bottle last, used four times per day?

It was some time ago when I used this product. It was recommended to me by my laser eye surgeon after having had the operation. I believe mine lasted around 4-6 weeks, and I was using it 3-4 times a day. Although it's expensive, it is a very good product. I'd recommend it. I hope this helps!
