Q: Is this compatible with thrustmaster tmx force?

I purchased this for the Thrustmaster Ferrari 458 Spider. The steering wheel clamps on ok but is prone to movement and I was extremely disappointed to find that the pedals could not be secured to the base due to the size of the base therefore gameplay is difficult as the pedals move. I ended up securing the pedals by wrapping a strong belt around the pedal base to attach it to the stand. I'm not sure if the TMX force will fit but the description given that it was suitable for thrustmaster was definitely misleading in my case.

Q: is it possible to change the side that the gearstick is on?

Yes. It can be mounted on the left or right.

Q: i have wooden floor how i be able to stop it from sliding and scratching my wooden floor when im playing the games

It's mainly for stopping things sliding all over the place and will stop marks on your floor so just cut to size.
