We had a cupboard built in over a double socket. One socket was used for the lighting inside the cupboard and this grommet was put in so we can still use the other socket. Bough this to fit to our campervan, already comes with a fitted plug but you could always cut this off if you wanted a permanent fit. I just plugged it into our portable battery pack and we then have 240v when off grid 😎
