We have been very satisfied so far with our experience with the hot tub itself, and the customer service from the manufacturer. It took 8 of us to get the hot tub from the crate (delivered on its side, so it had to be gently tipped onto its bottom and opened) to the deck, and that was a job. And when my electrician wired it up, we realized that one of the two pumps was malfunctioning and tripping the breaker. However, the customer support through Comfort couldn't have been better. Because I told them I was reasonably handy, they helped me try to trouble-shoot over a video call. When we realized the pump was defective, Comfort immediately shipped me a new one and scheduled a local hot tub company to come install it the day after it arrived (all under warranty with no hassles). Since replacing the jet, everything has gone very well. The quality is really good for the money, the manual is straightforward, and everything is easy to use. We have been extremely happy this purchase!

This hot tub is great for the price! We paid half of what we would have for a bullfrog hot tub, and it still looks great and works well. We have had it over a month and are very happy! The delivery driver was great and helped get it behind our back fence and since it was delivered upright on the pallet we were able to pull it on OSB using a pallet jack and lower it down with 4 people onto the concrete pad. The bad news is the manual is not great but enough to operate most things, however I will say they are VERY responsive to emails and can often reply within a few hours for any questions. Overall it does a great job heating and the jets are powerful- hopefully it holds up, but definitely great so far!

This hot tub arrived on time and was able to get it hooked up and hot tubbing in the same day. The cover was damaged in transit but I got ahold of comfort tubs and they sent me a new one without any issues. The tub is amazing, the jets are strong and the temperature doesn’t drop when it’s extremely cold outside. My girls and I love it!

We just set this up yesterday—so going by initial thoughts. Nice looking tub, set up was relatively straight forward. We opened the access panel ahead of our electrician arriving, and noticed a couple of the small water hose clamps were loosened during the shipping process. Took care of that and everything else was good. We filled the tub, checked for leaks and found none. My only real negative was related to shipping—took an extra week after our tub arrived locally to get it to us, and of course the hot tub cover isn’t as robust as we’d like. It would have been a nice option to up charge a heavier duty cover, as the thin roll up style one doesn’t feel as sturdy as a regular cover. We will definitely be swapping that out right off the bat as we live in the northeast—but we were well aware that this came with the roll up cover so it’s totally fine. UPDATE: We reached out to Comfort Hot Tubs and they did offer an option to get the two-flip cover. We are VERY happy with the hot tub and the response from the company with a few questions we’ve had. Highly recommend!!!

We ordered this hot tub and it was delivered within a week. Unfortunately the delivery was unannounced but we were home at the time so it didn’t really matter for us. They deliver it in a huge wooden box and they won’t move it past your curb. It’s 900 lbs, so unless you have the equipment to move the box, you will need to hire a moving company. When we opened the box, one of the panels were damaged from shipping. We emailed the sellers and they quickly apologized and are sending a replacement panel. The hot tub is great quality and heated from 62 degrees to 100 degrees in 6 hours and it was 35 degrees outside. It has a ton of LED lights and two water features. The cover isn’t the typical rigid two fold hot tub cover. It is thin and rolls up. It remains to be seen how we like the design. It takes two people to take it completely off and put it on the ground but it isn’t very heavy. We are pleased with our purchase and recommend this hot tub.

Hot tub was delivered to our address. It was a couple weeks late, but my biggest concern was getting it set on my flatbed trailer, so I could maneuver it into final position. Luckily it got delivered on a day that I could be there. I was able to communicate with the driver beforehand. He was very helpful in getting the the tub on my trailer. I was surprised to find the tub was shipped on its side. I wanted it on the trailer upright so it could slide off the trailer in position. The driver stayed late on a Friday to help me lower onto it's bottom on the trailer. I got it in position and hooked up over the weekend. We were soaking on Sunday. The tub appears to be very sturdy and of good construction. The jets are powerful and plentiful. Very happy with it so far! One note, there are some contradictions in the wiring instructions. In one place it talks about 30 amp and a 20 amp GFCI breakers. In another section it's says use a single 50 amp GFCI breaker. I was pretty sure the 50 amp one is correct. That sucker cost $140 though. There is also some confusion on the min. Gage wiring. I used the thicker. Just in case anyone else gets confused by that.

our family bought this hot tub because it was rated 5* and price was better than from anywhere else.Assembled,installed and jumped in to get disappointed because it was not working.it appears whirlpool bath pump came broken from manufacturer.That was not the biggest issue though.we called every spa service in the area to come and take care of the issue since it is on the warranty.Nobody is doing it because it is not bought from their dealers.We are stuck.So if you ever buy this product,remember-nobody will service it if it comes with manufacturers' fault New edit after couple of months, we found independent technician and got diagnosis for our problem - circulator pump is bad ( trips the GFCI breaker ). I contacted the dealer and they send me the replacement , turns out the technician went on vacation for couple of weeks so,I took a challenge on myself : took the side cover off to get even bigger disappointment - the mounting is different, the new one has 3 mounting points and the original has 4. Since I had no other options but to wait another two weeks for a new pump, I took the old pump out, marked the new holes for the new pump, made a bracket with center mounting hole and... , that afternoon hot tub was working. So, to be fair, I would recommend this hot tub, price compared with others is worth the hassle if You're willing to get " dirty ". Today is December 11, 2024 and I just updated my rating to 5 stars. Since replacement of the pump we had no issues, everything is working as intended and I'm convinced that is definitely worth buying.
