I did exactly as the bottle stated along with a balanced diet and exercise! This did not work for me and did not give me more energy! It may work for others! I contacted the manufacturer as they state money back guarantee if it does not work. I wanted to give the benefit of doubt as it may be that another month would see results and asked if they could send out more tablets as oppose to my money back. I received a two lined response from them saying sorry the tablets didn’t work for you but we are not going to send you another bottle, so I doubt any of you will get a refund if you ask. As stated it may work for you but didn’t for me and the manufacturer didn’t really care. I won’t be purchasing anything from them in future due to their response to my reasonable request!

I used this product because I had been on a weight loss journey for a few months already, and felt like I had hit a plateau, every week I was the same weight. I think this has helped give my body the boost it needed, along with still eating healthy. I have more energy and it's helped speed up weight loss, really recommend if you're on a healthy diet and looking for something to boost your metabolism.

Tried many so called metabolism boosters and weight loss tablets, thermaxin seems to be very good at moment!! No weight loss first week but obviously gotta get into your system, 2nd week lost 2kg, 3rd week 1.5kg eating clean and minimal exercise as I'm struggling with a bad back at present. My only bit of advice is to have some food when taking tablets as when taking on empty stomach it gave me some cramps but I think this product is maybe the way forward for me personally

So this is from someone who has been into the gym and weight loss for a long time and lost around 5 stone and toned up I've tried multiple fat burners e.g hydroxycut and instant knockout both share similar Imgredients to thermaxim but no where near the dosage that thermaxim provides as its really highSo what my advise these things can cause heartburn and a stomach ache if taken in correctly so I take the dose with 1litre of water and usually 10mins before going on a cardio machine you have to be working with these because of the high ingredient blend but these work and make you sweat beyond believeFor the people saying they've took these for a month and exercised and not lost a single pound ... you should maybe look at your diet or exercise plan because even without them you should be losing weight if you've trained and on a diet for a monthSo my advise is buy them but do take into account these feel very strong and that's no surprise when they share most ingredients with other fat burners but in much much higher dose so what's not to like

Taken as per instructions. I feel ridiculously sick and have a horrible pain in my gut. Does nothing for hunger pangs or does not even make me feel like I have had a caffeine overload, which I am very disappointed!!Only reason I have given them two stars, is because the sickness stops me from eating! This is my third day and will definitely not taking any more!!

Took my first one earlier this morning and unfortunately threw up 5 mins later. I feel really awful, shaky and sickly and my heart rate is elevated. These are not for me and it's a bit frightening when you react this way to your first one. I just can't take anymore after this and am asking to return them and for a refund please.
