These are dream for anyone who gets the random big painful spots. It really does work, I've always struggled with spots but not as Intensive as acne, and these are the solution, just pop them on to the clean product free spot, then leave it on while your asleep, or in the evenings while you watch tv and it will have absorbed with liquid, and your spot will be smaller and less inflamed, it may take two or three goes for really bad spots but 100% effective. If your a cronic spot scratcher as well, these are for you, they stop you touching, scratching and aggravating the spots. Subtle in appearance so you could wear it, as long your not wearing makeup or moisturiser on the spot area. I love these and can't recommend them enough, re-bought 4 times. Each box comes with 18 patches.

Dream Dots for Spots was supplied to me as a sample for test and evaluation purposes in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. Here are my findings: ^^ At first, I found them a little tricky to peel off and put on, but soon got the hang of it. ^^ They appeared to work more often than not. Sometimes they worked better than other times. ^^ The picture taken is of my husband's forehead zit, to show you how it looked before it was covered and how it looked once covered. It is a close up and looks much bigger than it was !!! In the third picture you can just about see the dot patch, (without covering makeup) but it's barely visible and on a woman covering it up with makeup - it would be hard to see indeed. ^^ I found the cover up worked better with a thicker, 3 in 1 type foundation and powder. But depending where the spot is, this may not be totally necessary. ^^ I did take a picture of the spot after a couple of days of using it, and it had receded and turned much lighter but this was not very clear so I didn't post it. ^^ To me these are not a miracle instant spot free cure, but they do have medicinal properties and I do feel they did them good, especially after a couple of days of keeping one patch on over the weekend. It dried up nicely and the inflamed redness calmed at lot! I tested some out on myself, my teenage son and my husband. None of us have acne, but we all are susceptible to the odd break outs. In all cases, some worked better than others. To be honest, my son and I found them to work better than my husband - so as a family we have mixed feelings about how much they work. Even so, I like these. Personally I would rather have a pack of these handy in my medicine cabinet for those 'just in case' moments. You know, to have them on standby for when they are needed, because anything like this has got to be worth a try! Especially when you wake up and have a huge zit on a big day, like a important date, a first day at work, or an interview where you need to look and feel happy and confident. 4 Stars from my husband, 5 from both my son and I. Try them and see for yourself, I think that's the best way. What have you got to lose, apart from some spots?

Brought this as I can get pretty bad skin sometimes and I am prone to squeezing spots. After hearing so many good things about these I decided to try them and thought they would be fab as they are meant to be put directly onto a spot and shrink the spot and then i would be less likely to squeeze the spot. I used these numerous times, I would always clean my face thoroughly like i always do before bed and put these on before i went to sleep. Every time without fail i woke up with huge whiteheads where i had put the dream dots! Even when i put them on tiny spots just to try and make them smooth out a bit they still ended up as huge white heads which i never get. I don't know what happened really but i assume that because there is no air getting to the skin, where your skin sweats at night the pores just get clogged where you put the dots on.I don't even have oily skin or anything so i assume it would be even worse for some people. Was so disappointed as before i used them my skin wasn't even that bad but they made it look horrible and spotty for days. Would not reccomend

I got these to help with the deep spots that are under the surface. These are ok, they help with some spot I think it just depends. What I can say is that if you have a painful spot under the skin which doesn't have a head to it, then put one of these on to make a head to the spot and then the spot is easier to treat

Absolutely love this product!! I've been using plasters to cover my spots at night but wanted a product which would stay in place all night and didnt look as ridiculous! Not only do the dots prevent me from picking and playing with my spots but they are also barely noticeable on my skin! I had a humdinger of a spot on my chin so I applied a dot at night and was pleasantly surprised to discover the spot was practically gone in the morning!! Although the dots are rather expensive (works out at around 30p a dot). They are a life saver and I will be purchasing this product again.

I frequently return to Dream Dots for Spots for their ease of use and undeniable efficacy. Worn best for a duration of 6+ hours, I find that upon removal any puss that was close to the surface has been removed and the inflamed surrounding area of the spot diminished. On larger pustules, a patch may need to be worn a further time or two, but they are brilliant whether going to bed or out for the day; making dealing with breakouts a little less frustrating.

Stick to spot cream, these are overrated and unreliable. The price doesnt help either, they should be found in a pound shop!

Life saver. I’ve been using them for years now. Not only they are effective when use correctly, they blend in well with my skin, I feel confident putting them on even when I go out. It’s a little pricey for me but they do clear and protect my spots, and even help healing the wounds, I guess it’s worth it. Hope they will keep the products in good quality, if not improve it through times. Love it. Thank you.
