Great product and worked well for me!!
I wasn't sure about this product mainly due to it being so cheap but was pleasantly surprised...it works!! Yes you do have to get used to sleeping with the guard in...it took me about 4 nights to be able to sleep through. I agree with other reviews that if you breath normally through your nose it may well be easier to get used to as you do have to close your mouth to stop yourself from dribbling on your pillow ha! What has surprised me is the first couple of weeks of using the guard, when I woke up in the morning my teeth felt a little tender...unsure why to be honest?! It may of been me trying to grind my teeth and not being able to??? Another thing for me is that after a month or so of use I now need to buy another (thank goodness for the bargain price!) as I grind my teeth as well as snore and now my guard is out of shape. Hope this is helpful

A little bit of peace....
This mouth guard anti snote gadget is easy to fit, you have to put the mouth shield in hot water first, then put in mouth and bite hard. You then get the gum shield to mould to your own mouth/teeth shape. I tried this as soon as it arrived, and then wore it that night. It takes abit of getting used to as it feels wierd in the mouth. Yes it did stop me snoring, but only until I must of taken it out in my sleep and threw it on the floor, lol. This has happened every night since I got it but at least it keeps my mouth shut which then stops me snoring. Oh and yes it makes you dribble abit. At least my poor partner has had some sleep even though it is only for a few hours. I would recommend this product but it does take some getting used to. Its just the same as the overly priced named ones.

especially if your female like me. After 20 years of marriage I was ...
This is the first time I've ever reviewed anything and it's really to help my fellow snorers and alleviate the " shame " that accompanies it , especially if your female like me . After 20 years of marriage I was sleeping in the spare room due to my snoring ( which I didn't believe ) . So I decided to try and investigate it , I have to say at this point that no " one " cure eliminated it but with a combination of several together it worked!!! Firstly I downloaded the snore lab app onto my phone and recorded my snoring , omg I couldn't believe what it sounded like , it registered as " epic " and scored 79/100 and I have to say I don't know why my hubby hadn't smothered me in my bed ! So I started to try all the " cures " one by one and recorded it each night , it was also helpful to do the British snoring assoc. test to determine if your a throat snorer like me or a nose snorer ( it's just simple breathing excercises ) . So I tested nasal dilators , this mouth guard, anti snoring throat spray and anti snoring nasal spray ( I found boots own make the best tasting ones) anti snoring pinky acupressure ring , room humidifier, open window, with and without alcohol, nasal strips, and recorded my snore score and sound track every night . So for me ( and everyone will be different no doubt ) this mouth guard, a pinky ring, and boots throat and nose spray gives me an incredible score of 4/100, which just sounds like normal breathing !!!! Yippee and to top it all of I can have 3 glasses of wine and I still score 4/100, hubby has wakened me several times to check I'm breathing ( now I'm back in the double bed) as there is NO noise from me . So , with a little bit of work I'm sure it's possible to find a cure ! Good luck everyone as I know how horrible it feels to be the one ruining your partners rest .

Does the job but a bit insubstantial for long term use. Great price.
The mouth guard is quite small, it does not extend over the back teeth so it does not fit as securely as the one I have had fitted at the dentist. For me as a small woman the guard is fine but I think if you were a good sized man the guard could fall out when you are sleeping. It has a central hole which allows you to breath through your mouth, which is good as its is less closotrophobic than a solid guard but I find it makes my moth dry in one place. It's very inexpensive so great to try out to see if it's the solution for you, but long term you might want to buy a more expensive more substantial guard.

Works but such poor quality the mouth guard soon falls apart
This was inexpensive, so no harm done financially. It was difficult to get them to mould - once moulded they changed shape in your mouth over night .... after 3 nights they were so mis-shaped I had to throw them away. I will say they did reduce the snoring on the first two nights to just a whisper, so if they were better quality I think this would be a winner.

Uncomfortable
A let down really as an adjustment pierod is needed to become accustomed to sleeping with guard in mouth & you may never adjust. I kept removing it in my sleep and kept finding it under my pillow. when I lay on my side I kept getting saliva dribble. Rather stressful expierence and gave up after 5 days.
