This is permanently in the car. very useful in long trips when stuck in traffic jams. Or when your no ware near a toilet. used it several times now. im a girl and found it easy to use surprisingly. screw cap essential , not all the bottles on amazon have them ! choose carefully! discreet colour too and has a bag.

Works well and easy to use, the screw lid makes it safe to leave on the floor once used.

I bought this bottle as a travelling bottle for my client ( I'm a carer for someone with suprapubic catheter) and liked the fact it's not sea through bottle, so when he is out and about and we need to empty his leg bag we don't necessarily show off around. From that point is great. Downside is the lid is not getting easy to the right place to seal it properly, for me always took few attempts and staring at the bottle to get it right so it doesn't leak around the van until we find the toilet facilities to empty it. As we are using it almost daily cleaning up is not as straight forward like with other one for home use, where you fill the bottle, chack in cleaning tablet and leave over night to disinfect. As the bottle does not stand straight you can't really fill it up to the top, we'll at least we didn't risk if we don't get the lid right it will leak all over the bathroom over night, so takes a bit bleaching it, rinsing etc. But definitely good for occasional use etc and also decent value for money. I would not want to discourage anyone from buying it, just pointing out that for someone who use it daily and is always in the rush you don't really have the time attempting to get the lid right in place while people around you watching what you are doing etc and also cleaning it quickly after coming home while the client waits you to leave his room / bathroom so he can go to sleep..

This is a handy piece of kit to have in the car/van. Not too bulky, but big enough for a couple of uses before you'd need to empty it. The lid secures nicely, so there's no chance of spills. Already used it once when stuck in traffic for over an hour. This is one of those things that once you've bought it and used it, you wonder why you suffered for so long in the past.

Excellent product

I bought this portable urinal over other models primarily based on the positive reviews and the fact that it looks less "clinical" than many of the other ones on amazon (which are square-edged and either white or blue plastic) - this on the other hand is curved and just looks more like a domestic product and less clinical somehow. It does the job although a couple of times now it has leaked slightly (it surprised me that neither this model nor any of the others seem to have a rubber o-ring or similar to ensure seal and just rely on the "interference fit" of the plastic lid. An O-ring really should be added.) The main frustration I have with it however is that its poorly designed - it clearly has a flat base that it is designed to be sat on, but the cap is so heavy that it makes it unstable on the base and tips it forward (spout down). This is obviously a major design flaw in a product designed to contain urine. It needs to be designed with more weight to the rear, or have the flat base extend further forward.

Dieses Produkt ist wirklich gut handhabbar. Der Griff sorgt für sicheren Halt und der Aufsatz funktioniert wenn man ihn am Körper richtig ansetzt. Einzig der Deckel hakt ein bisschen - da muss man aufpassen dass man ihn richtig gut festdreht damit nichts hinausläuft. Bin sehr zufrieden
