These are great, I've always had trouble getting all of my veggies in, fruit is easy but veggies not so much so was really looking forward to trying these. I'm just over a week into them now and I can see a difference, I have more energy, my skin is great, I have more colour to my complexion, will continue to take them (definitely better to take 2 a day rather than 1) EDIT: Just wanted to update as i've been taken these for 3-4 weeks now, honestly they are amazing, I cannot recommend enough. I have much more energy, my skin feels great and the best thing for me is that my digestive system is working wonders!! Have always had trouble but these really help you to stay regular

I've tried all manner of vitamins and minerals over the years to help improve my diet and just feel healthier and none have had the same positive effect as the Natures Aid Superfood. I honestly feel healthier, I have more energy and I feel brighter and more alert. My diet overall is pretty good, I always try to eat healthy but I do on occasion have days where my diet could be better. I never have an issue with eating fruit but vegetables are what I don't get enough of, hence I now take the Natures Aid Superfood supplement. I absolutely recommend these to anyone, I'm so impressed I've recently subscribed to a monthly subscription.

Ok didn't see that much difference.

First of all this product is AMAZING. I've tried looking for a solution to my blepharitis and this in conjunction with ACV, high strength cod liver oil probiotics and leucillin eye droppers has been the answer to this horrible inflammatory condition. My eyes have become less red itchy and inflamed and I just see dramatic improvements in my overall eye health. Highly recommended!!!

i order 1 time and i am very happy with these supplements since i start to take it not only i fell better because i get the vitamins i need but also i feel energised it is great, i have order my second bottle now and i can recommend to everyone it is a great value for the money you will not regret it
