Could you tell me what the best befor date is on the jet black renshaw icing please

No it does not contain a y animal gelatine. There maybe traces of nuts, but it is suitable for vegetarians a d vegans.

Need to cover a 14inch square would two packs be enough

I use two packs to cover 4x 8 inch cakes together. So it should be depending on your depth as my depth with four is quite a space!
