This is great stuff and genuinely works without burning the skin. I use it on my head and I have quite sensitive skin, but I’ve never had any issues. It works really well for tension headaches and migraines and gives pretty much instant relief for me. The effect wears off slowly, so you don’t find yourself constantly reapplying. I’ve been buying this for years and this is the larger pot, not the tiny one. It lasts ages even when used a couple of times a day, which makes it very good value for money. Overall, a really effective product, good size, and something I’ll continue to repurchase.

I’ve been using the Tiger Balm Red for muscle soreness after workouts and it works really well. A very small amount goes a long way, and within a few minutes you can feel a noticeable warming sensation that helps loosen tight muscles and reduce minor aches. I usually apply a thin layer and massage it in, and the relief lasts for a good while. The balm itself is thick but spreads easily, and the small jar is convenient to keep in a gym bag or bedside drawer. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is mainly the smell. It’s quite strong and very menthol/herbal, which might not be ideal if you’re planning to go out right after applying it. Also, if you have sensitive skin you may want to test a small amount first because the warming effect is pretty powerful. Overall though, it’s a classic product that does what it promises. If you’re looking for a strong warming balm for sore muscles, this is definitely worth having on hand.

Smells great. Better than white one. Nice slow warming sensation that last long. Great for period pain. Muscle pains. We always have one in the cupboard.

I have lived with spinal issues for years and it just gotten worse as the year's have gone by, last year my doctor sent me for a MRI SCAN as I am losing the ability to walk and hold my balance, the MRI scan showed i have spinal stenosis and generated disk disease, my doctor and myself have tried every pain killer cream going but nothing really helped with the pain, until now I thought I'd give this little gem a try, Thank God I did, this stuff is absolutely amazing I was out of pain in minutes of rubbing it on my back you wil feel a little bit of a tingling and heat but that's fine with my back, thank you (TIGER BALM) Before using make sure you put disposable gloves on or you will end up with orangey brown hands. I will absolutely be buying more of this stuff and telling my doctor I have found something that works for my back, I would give it more than 5 ⭐ if I could. 10/10 . I BOUGHT THE UNSCENTED OPTION BUT THE SMELL IS STILL VERY STRONG. THERE IS DEFINITE PAIN RELIEF BUT THE SMELL IS REALLY OFFPUTTING. I APPLIED THIS OVER AN HOUR AGO ON MY LEG AND HIP AND I CAN STILL SMELL THIS. IT IS NOT ON MY HANDS AS I APPLIED IT WITH NITRILE GLOVES.

Works incredibly well! I have headaches that sometimes make me physically sick and this literally prevents it happening. As soon as my head aches a little, I apply the tiniest amount and it works wonders! Super impressed, I’ll definitely repurchase!
