I'd be lost without them...
The humble pushup is one of the most efficient workouts you can perform, working muscles you didn't know even existed. But while they require no equipment, you'll soon find that poor form can leave your wrists and other joints aching.Perfect Pushup helps to alleviate this stress by allowing the joints to maintain their natural movement throughout the exercise. What's unique is that this has the added effect of actually making your workouts tougher, because more stability is required to hold your bodyweight. This particular product is the Version 2, which definitely feels like a more refined design. They are made with better materials and have more bearings than the original product, so they should run smoothly for a very long time.Mine arrived with a card that suggests ways you can use the handles, including wide, standard and narrow positions; each working a set of muscles more or less than others. I've found that a good routine can include multiple positions, which may then be mixed up weekly to continue shocking the muscles. If you're feeling ambitious, try a one-handed pushup followed with a body rotation... These handles will at least give you the confidence to try it!I can honestly say this is one of the best products I've purchased in a long time, as I now appreciate just how effective bodyweight exercises are. I tried a gym membership for just shy of two years, but found that I was wasting time around my work hours as I focused too much on isolation exercises. Now though, I can comfortably perform pushups whilst at home.Combined with a decently healthy diet, I've gained muscle mass in very little time and feel all the stronger for it.If you like these handles, get yourself an ab wheel to go with it and continue burning that core!

Brilliant bit of kit
Bought these to overcome the issues of having wrist issues doing press ups regularly. After watching some reviews, felt these maybe the solutions.Glad to say, they indeed solved my issue. Was initially worried they may not grip as well on soft carpet, but that is no issue as they're very steady and function as expected on all home surfaces. Great build quality, certainly feel worthy of the price tag. They also allow me to hit muscle groups that would be quite difficult to do without the rotation they allow in the movement. They're by no means essential for a perfect press up, but the range of movement can defiantly improve your workout.

Well made and strong
These push-up handles are a good height, and the grips are just the right thickness. They are well-made and sturdy. Personally, I found that they swivel a little bit too freely when in use. It was a bit unnerving. I would have preferred it if you could lock them in position. They're ok though, and pretty good for the price. They just take a bit of getting used to.

Helps improve strength, technique and reduces strain on wrists.
I have been using these for 4 years now, and many of my friends have copied me after seeing how strong I got after using them.I always used to struggle with push ups due to my hypermobility and weak wrists.By using these handles, they enabled me to make a fist position and not have my hands touching the ground. My arms could be in varying positions to target different muscles each time.I have used them on slipperly surfaces like laminate flooring, and they grip pretty well without any issues.I initially started off by doing press ups on my knees and then gradually built up more strength to go all out into a full press up.It is so satisfying gaining the strength to raise and lower my body from the floor in a correct position, and with no pain.I have noticed a big improvement in my core, chest, arms and shoulders by using these as part of my regular excercise regime. They are one of my favourite tools and I couldn't fault them.

Great for an Avid Push up Practicioner! Provides better muscle contraction and fatigue!
These handles were undoubtedly a great buy and experience so far.Being already a body weight exerciser I consider this irreplaceable.Strenghts:• Less strain on the wrists (when used properly - see below)• More contraction to both chest or arms• More blood flow to the chest and continued strain/tear of the muscle, as you rotateDifficulties:• As with all pushup styles, your stregth varies according to the width.• Is substancially different than a "normal pushup", so it takes a quick learning process.• You may not accomplish as much in the beginning, but doing less correctly is way better than many wrong. My experience and a few tips:• Take it slow, do a few alongside with your normal pushups so you can feel the difference, and know when to rotate the damn equipment!• Movement should be fluid and gradual, rotating downwards and upwards, and not straight up or down rotating fully in the beginning or the end. Otherwise you'll only fatigue yourself faster and put additional pressure on your hands especially.• Keep in mind that your stance needs to change a bit so you don't put too much strain on your hands or wrist, as this is a neutral grip and most people are not that strong with different grips. But it's worth it.• As with any equipment you must learn how to use it fully to get the best out of it.Side notes:I've been using them daily without much fuss and they still look brand new. If you already know how to do pushups, this will allow you to go "deeper"( this does not mean going more down or parallel to the ground, you should rotate downwards and not come straight down - so you should be higher than a normal pushup, but placing more strain on your chest, arms - instead of the wrists). When it comes to the isolation of the arms or chest, depends on your grip width, but it comes with instructions to use different settings. The rotation allows it to contract even more, and I can tell you there is a significant difference from doing normal pushups to these. Being these better. As with everything follow the instructions and start slowly. You will thank me later and not regret buying these.
