Peep Inside the Garden: 1 : Anna Milbourne, Usborne: desertcart.co.uk: Grocery Review: Enchanting. - A beautifully illustrated book - ideal for 9-24 month olds. Every page has a lift the flap option providing you with just a little more technical detail about the scene. How spiders web can catch flies, what's going on inside the compost heap, what's inside the garden shed, who's inside the little house, who's stealing the birds nuts, who's in the log pile...etc etc. Utterly adorable. The book is enchanting, my son has refrained from ripping the not-so-sturdy flaps off just yet. Review: Beautiful, educational book with robust flaps! - This is a beautiful book, with lots of cut outs to give sensory stimulation and robust flaps. What I also love about it is the depth of knowledge it transmits, details about bees and pollen and compost heaps etc. My little ones a currently only 10 months and are loving the colours and the tactile stimulation of the cut outs as well as lifting the flaps but I'm hoping we'll get lots of use out of this book over the next couple of years as they grow and develope in understanding. The illustrations are rich, detailed and beautifully coloured.

We have a few of these for my toddler for bedtime and he loves this version it has so many different bugs obviously it doesn't tell a story but we are just trying to teach him about the world and what's in it I would recommend, they have flaps to

Informative with cut-outs & lift-the-flap opportunities
From the back cover: 🐞 ‘A sunny garden hums, buzzes, creeps and crawls with life...🐛 Peep inside this one to see what you can find.’ 🐝 The quality board book measures around 16.5 cm x 19.5 cm, with rounded corners and a chunkier spine area that makes it easier to pick up. Set in double spread format, the ‘story’ runs over 14 colourful pages including the inside covers, with various other cut-outs & durable lift-the-flaps dotted around to attract the youngest eye, starting with the sneaky black & white cat disappearing through the cut away gate on the thick card front cover! Turn over to see what else is going on in the busy garden, where the beautiful illustrations offer scope for extra discussion and, perhaps, some further research for the older reader/listener, e.g. forming a compost heap. Beautiful, informative and fun
Beautiful book with lovely illustrations and a lot of fun flaps to lift up to discover what's hidden inside of the garden. Also it's very informative in a fun way! My toddler absolutely loves it and compares what he's seen in our garden to the illustrations in the book.

Bright enticing book
What a beautiful book for our 2year old grandson. Beautiful bright pictures and large flaps which are a lot sturdier than a lot of other books he's had so should last well, love the peepholes. Just the right amount of information about creatures in the garden for this age.

Brilliant fun packed lift the flap information book..
Absolutely love this book!! Not just a lift the flap book, under each flap is factual information in a subtle friendly way, which if you read these books from an early age can be very beneficiary for the child when they get to nursery and school. For example under the flower petals it shows pollen and explains how it's for the bees, under the ladybird/bug shell are it's wings, the spider is making a web, an it continues... My baba is just one and so if I collect them all and regularly read to her, not only will she be a clever reader, but a smarty pants too ⭐️✨

I bought this book as my two year old is very much into bugs and insects. I am very happy with this purchase as it’s an amazing book with beautiful illustrations and a wide variety of insects that we see in our garden on a daily basis. I feel it’s worth the price.

Como todos los libros de Osborne, un libro maravilloso... Es el segundo o tercero que tengo de Anna Milbourne y me encanta. Lo compré antes de que saliera... Unos tres meses y merecido la pena esperar. Es en Ingles.
