You can use it in your mouth and it is good for toothache but for making toothpaste I use bicarbonate of soda

Is this good for dry skin

Hi I use it to make face mask I mix some FE with some egg yoke and a bit of plain yoghurt. Mix it until it resembles a very thick custard and apply to your face.You should feel it tightening as the time goes by. After a while rinse off with Luke water. I have dry skin and I find this excellent. Hope this advice helps you g I
