How loud is this at the highest speed? Is it too loud to use in a quiet public place?

I typically use the fan in noisy areas. I wouldn’t think it would be disturbing in a quiet public space, but I’ve taken a video (with sound, I hope).

Is it safe even when its overcharged?

No clue, I left mine in for hours and nothing happened.

This is a small hand held fan that can be folded in half, sat on a table, and used without holding it. Has a good long charge life on first and second setting to slow down my anxiety breathing.

Yes it works with out the cord it’s a wireless fan meaning u charge it and go, and it can fold u can put it in ur bag It’s actually the best portable wireless hand fan ever created Very powerful and good material I drop mines a few times and still work like a charm. And the power life is amazing like 3-4 hours depending on the speed u put it on.
