I've been taking this supplement daily for a couple of years now, and I wouldn't be without it. My doctor recommended it to me as a gentle iron supplement, as I was often iron deficient in blood tests, (even with a healthy diet). Alongside iron, this supplement also contains folate and vitamin D, vitamins that a lot of us can be deficient in. Since taking this I have had normal iron levels, and my energy is so much improved. I like the flavour, it's a little on the sweet side, but not unpleasant, and is gentle on my tummy. I've even started taking it away on holiday with me, as I really notice if I go without it for a week or so.

I have to be honest - the taste is absolutely horrific but Iโve persevered with it as Iโve found the liquid to be working for me, thankfully no side effects unlike iron tablets so it definitely is gentle as it states. Iโve just finished my first bottle and have-ordered another but as a 26 year old female whoโs struggling with hair loss and gets tired more easily due to no longer having a thyroid, I sometimes fall short with iron, folate and vitamin d regardless of having a good diet but I highly recommend it. Youโll totally disregard the taste when you notice the difference in your energy levels (I noticed within 3 days) I canโt comment on whether itโs had any effects on my hair or not my nails look good, Iโm not as cold and my overall energy has 100% improved, itโs made a difference to the time of the month also but if youโre contemplating buying it due to reviews about the taste, ignore it and go for it. I feel brand new through taking this
