Earthwood 80/20 Bronze

I'm no expert of acoustic guitar strings but I've played electric guitar on and off for 20 years and after trying all the major brands of electric guitar strings, I've always used ernie ball. I only recently bought another acoustic guitar after getting bored with them many years ago and I'm really enjoying it atm. The guitar I bought was just a cheapo but it sounds pretty good. I have so far tried d'addario and these ernie balls. The ernie balls sound alot brighter than the d'addario strings but dont seem to have as much bass. I'm not sure about string life as I've o ly had these fitted a few days. Overall, for the money you can't go wrong.

It's a light and clean sound. It is high quality and perfect for acoustic guitars, with good playability and tone. I highly recommend to any acoustic player :)

Perfect for my daughter's new guitar (second hand as she is only.just starting to learn to play) the strings needed replacing and these are perfect! Very good value for money and will probably last until she either upgrades her guitar or the strings are worn! Overall very pleased. They also came in separate little envelopes so no confusion of which string goes where (both husband and I already know as he has played the electric guitar and I violin) and a small list of instruction for the novice, but very good quality and fast delivery too!!

I got these for my daughtt for her to practice and Im very impressed, I use a different brand of strings but these make me want to try this brand, super soft, easy to fit, and sound beautiful

Love Ernie Ball stuff, good value for money, especially the volume pedal. All work a treat.

Because of the creeping expense of strings, there's a temptation to only change them when you break one, or they get so dull that you have to hit them harder to get any response. So, the opportunity to change the strings on your acoustic is afforded by the savings, giving you the clean bright ringing response of new strings.

Great quality. As long as you wipe down your strings each time you use them they will last a lot longer. Will continue to buy these for years to come.

Strings have a nice tone and feel very nice to play.

Hey, I’ve been a guitarist for over 6 years now. Being one, you are almost always faced with a nightmare,the breaking of strings. Wanting a quick replacement, I bought this one and oh boy is it great. These sound so great and are surprisingly durable for their price. If you are looking for guitar strings that won’t put a huge hole in your wallet and also sound great, look no further than this set. These are great, just don’t go looking for an out of the world sound though, they are, after all, strings that come at a cheap price.

Glad to know these were legit, if your wondering...there is an small 'r' circled around after the d. They sound great and better than most string brands, had bought these 12 years ago and noting sounds as close as these do. Its super bright and warm.

Hatte auf meiner Jumbo immer die standard 12-53 Seile und deswegen hing sie meistens nur an der Wand ,weil sie damit unbequem zu spielen war (harte Saitenspannung). Dass ich auch noch viele andere Gitarren (Acoustic,E-Gitarren) besitze ,trug auch zu ihrer Vernachlässigung bei. Witzigerweise war diese Gitarre deswegen immer mein Fingerkrafttrainer (schön Barre-Akkorde halten!) ,wenn ich mal zu oft nur auf E-Gitarren (wenig Kraftauwand für Handmuskeln) gespielt habe Vor kurzem nahm ich sie dann mal wieder in die Hand und mit der Erkenntnis,dass diese schöne Gitarre (massive Decke) deutlich dünnere Saiten braucht, damit ich sie gerne spiele und klanglich zum Leben erwecke... Die Ernie-Balls 10-50 waren genau,dass was sie brauchte...klingt sehr gut (auch nach der "Honeymoon"-Phase,wenn neue Saiten ihre künstliche Brillianz verlieren). Die Gitarre läßt sich jetzt großartig bespielen und tönt viel dynamischer/offener!/leichter Ok,7 Euro sind jetzt nicht wenig, aber es hat sich absolut gelohnt,weil ich die Gitarre jetzt täglich gerne in die Hand nehme
