You can get both if you want I made Sure I ordered one with a chuck

is this a hammer drill

It has a fantastic hammer drilling mode. With the variable speed, you can find the optimum speed to drill most efficiently at. Highly recommend this.

Can i order the keyless chuck version?

You should be able to order which one you want

What exactly do they mean by ‘Percussion’ simply another word for hammer?

Hi, I think this relates to the “hammer” function on the drill, which is used for drilling into brick and/or block, the sound it makes is much noisier than the “drill” function, it’s like a very fast drum roll
