FOSSIL Coachman Watch for Men, Quartz Chronograph Movement with Leather Strap

This isn't a full cuff watch, rather a half cuff. The strap is very comfortable tho can be a little sweaty on a very hot day. The watch itself is standard fossil build - I.e Pretty good. Its very chunky indeed and is actually quite a bit thicker than i had worked out - However i have decent sized wrists so it doesn't look out of place at all. The watch face is very nicely done with a wooden style accent to the white face. The Hands are standard luminescent design (very bright indeed) The Chronograph is functional tho not the easiest in the world to read at a glance. I had previously purchased a Police watch, however it was DOA and had to be returned - Im glad it was as this is a far superior quality watch.

Looks good, easy to use and strap really comfortable. Only one thing wrong is the loop/band for putting the strap in when buckling up is to big and will slip over the buckle easily could do with being smaller!

The minute I saw this watch, I was hooked and couldn't wait for it to arrive. Comes in a beautiful vintage looking metal box which is perfect for keeping it at the end of every day and as soon as you take the watch out of the protecting bag you are greeted to that wonderful true leather smell. I've been using the watch everyday for about 2 months now and it still retains that leather smell (a bit weaker of course). The clock face is nice and large with beautiful glow in the dark dials. It really looks great on the wrist, as long as yours isn't very thin since the watch is somewhat large. My only piece of complaint if I can call it that is that the seconds dial doesn't quite line up with the markings, it's always a little bit behind... but that's just my OCD talking. It's a great watch nevertheless.

Really nice watch and exceedingly quick delivery. Was at first a little anti-climaxed by a fairly small watch face. When I say small it really isn't but I like my watches big and chunky. The strap is really really beautiful and you can tell with a glance that it is quality leather. Easy to read, (ignore comments of poor readability its not true), man does it glow in the dark, and man have i got compliments for the week I've worn it. Stop deliberating whether or not you want it. Its a thing of quality and beauty and comfort. Go for it!!!!! I hope the review is ok- its my first!

I paid for next day delivery & even given the Bank Holiday, my watch arrived on time. Great service. I like the genuine leather strap of the watch and it's very comfortable. I've got several watches; Citizen, Torgeon, Sector etc,etc. But they're all metal straps & I find that even wearing them for a special occasion they pull the hairs out your arm, just through general use. I don't have hairy arms either so the the fact this happens is odd but at the same time disappointing. So I looked at this Fossil watch with the nice leather strap & got a fantastic deal through Amazon reduced down to 89 pounds. Bargain. Initial thoughts were that the leather strap would get hot, sweaty & uncomfortable but that hasn't happened & I've worn it practically 24 hours in one go with no issues at all from a comfort point of view. The watch itself is stylish & "relaxed" to be worn smart casual, with a blazer & open neck shirt & slacks, or kicking around in a hoodie & old pair of jeans. The natural leather strap gives it that vintage look, along with the design - which is what I wanted. A straight forward, no hassle good looking watch that wouldn't be out of place going smart or casual. Haven't found a fault yet! Which is always a good sign. Having worn & owning watches' that are upto 400 pounds plus - this watch is by far THE most comfortable to live with and looks great too. The price just adds to the bargain. It's a good quality watch. The face is nice, the construction is well made & all in all, it does exactly what a good watch should. Size-wise - it's 4.5cm from outer edge to outer edge. so it's not huge & obtrusive. If however your flavour is a cricket-ball sized watch with huge hands & huge numbers, you might need to look elsewhere. This watch is sized correctly imo, and therefore is the right look I want out of a watch personally.

A chunky, solid watch with a thick, genuine leather strap. My only complaint, which does not change my 5 star rating, is that the enclosed manual is so small that even with a magnifying glass it was difficult to read! Don't let that put you off. Price is good; I waited a year before the price dropped enough for me to buy it.
