Excellent product!
I had an issue with one not fully retracting. Call customer service and they offered a fix to tighten up the spring. Still didnt retract and they sent me another set even though only 1 was bad. I offered to return both but said keep them and don't worry. New ones came and both worked perfectly. Now that's standing behind your product.

Good when it works, easily breaks
Great idea, poor execution. After a few uses the plastic drum fixing end of the strap broke (it should be in the place marked in yellow), making it completely useless. It should be made from metal like the pin over which the strap slides. There's no way to repair it because even if I put something else fixing the end of the strap in place, the spring has to be tensioned before the strap is run through it. It's easy to use when it works, but simple design flaw makes it expensive and unreliable.

These are excellent, really handy to be able to retract them, and unlike a lot of others, they have a really good length, and are easy to release. There is also never any play because of the way the front bolt fastens the strap. Only negative is that the spring in the retraction mechanism is weak for some reason, and you often have to help the strap fully retract.

I like them because they have a lock on them so the straps are tight and the bike won't role around

I liked the 10ft ones but they where slightly short so I purchased the 12ft ones but they re a different style I am not sure I like them as much as the 10ft ones Also a 16ft set would be great or extenders for current ie 6 ft extenders Thanks
