Premium loaf tin with outstanding build quality and non stick performance
This Le Creuset loaf tin feels like a proper premium bit of bakeware from the moment you pick it up. The carbon steel has a nice weight to it, not flimsy at all, and the non stick coating looks and feels very high quality. The edges are straight and well finished, and the whole thing gives the impression it will last for years if looked after. I bought it specifically to bake a Taiwanese Castella cake and it performed brilliantly. The heat distribution was very even, so the cake baked consistently all the way through without any strange hot spots or over browning at the edges. The non stick coating worked perfectly. The cake released cleanly from the tin with no tearing or sticking, which made the whole process much less stressful. Cleaning is very easy as well. A gentle wash with warm soapy water is all it has needed so far, and there are no awkward corners that trap residue. It still looks virtually new after use. Price wise, it is definitely at the higher end for a loaf tin, but the quality does match the cost. It feels like a pan you buy once and keep for a very long time, which makes the value for money reasonable if you bake regularly or want reliable results. For anyone who enjoys baking and wants a solid, dependable tin, this is an excellent choice.

Excellent loaf tin
I recently purchased the Le Creuset Non-Stick Carbon Steel Bakeware Loaf Tin and I am extremely impressed with its performance. This loaf tin is a must-have for any baking enthusiast. The quality of the tin is exceptional, with its carbon steel construction and non-stick surface ensuring that my baked goods come out perfectly every time. The loaf tin is easy to clean and maintain, and it has held up well through multiple uses. What sets this loaf tin apart is its versatility - I've used it to bake everything from banana bread to meatloaf, and it has performed flawlessly every time. The size is perfect for standard recipes and the loaf always comes out with a perfect crust and moist crumb. Another great feature of this loaf tin is its durability. I know I will be able to rely on it for years to come, and I appreciate the craftsmanship and attention to detail that went into its design. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase of the Le Creuset Non-Stick Carbon Steel Bakeware Loaf Tin and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, versatile, and durable loaf tin. Thank you, Le Creuset, for another great product!

Good Bakeware BUT.... The First Two Were Faulty.
My original review is below, but the first two of these I bought through Amazon had a manufacturing fault with the non-stick. Amazon replaced the first as it had begun to peel after a couple of weeks, but didn't replace the replacement as it had by then been over 30 days since the original purchase. A bit annoying that as it has a lifetime guarantee which in my mind is longer than 7 weeks (unless you're a mayfly). Hence I contacted Le Creuset, sent photos, explained that this tin had been treated nicely by me and strictly according to the care instructions. I returned it and got a replacement free of charge through Le Creuset, which has so far washed really well and not stuck. Personally, I think Amazon got a duff batch as other buyers on here have had the same problem. I've so far had no problems with the rest of the baking tins bought through Amazon but these aren't used as much, so I'll have to wait and see. I've collected various Le Creuset ceramic casserole and baking dishes of varying sizes and colours over the years and have always been really pleased with the quality, and more importantly for me how easily they are cleaned - even where food is really baked on it's never a problem. They are so well made and they're a real pleasure to use. Therefore I didn't have any concerns whatsoever when I saw they'd brought a new bakeware range out and bought five individual pieces, sight unseen. They're brilliant. I can honestly say in all the years I have been (reluctantly) cooking every day for my family that this is without doubt the best bakeware I've ever used - every tin I've bought over the years I've hoped would work like these ones, but they never have. I've so far made Yorkshire puddings, roast chicken and gammon, roast potatoes, Calzone's, and various other bits and pieces and nothing has stuck, not even a little bit. Even the baked on tomato passata from the Calzones just wiped off with kitchen towel. I've always bought decent quality kitchenware, and the roasting tin replaces my Mermaid brand tin (which I thought was supposed to be the best, and which at £35 was twice the Le Creuset price) but which weekly left me seething as I yet again tried to chisel my joint and roast potatoes out of it. I'm saving up for a set of Le Creuset saucepans now, and do you know their products are that good that I wouldn't even mind if Santa left me some this year!

Great
I was a little skeptical about spending that much on a roasting tin but this has been great! Cleans well, cooks well and is very sturdy. The material makes it a little heavy which takes some getting used to, but everything else seems to be great.

Careful, reviews are misleading
I bought the 30cm loaf tin 3 years ago, I'm about to buy another. Importantly people reading reviews for this product are mislead as it is reviewing several different baking tins etc. The 30cm tin is fantastic, I use it 3 times a month alongside its 23cm counterpart. That works out at 100 bakes per tin. OK it looks used but after 3 years it is still completely non-stick, the baked loaf pops out every time. Why am I buying another? 1, to bake efficiently and save on electric. 2, So I can cut small slices as compared to the slices from 23cm tin (portion size!) I always hand wash the tins after use and stack them on top of each other, not a chip in sight. Bottom line buying quality always pays.

Really is non stick
Amazing quality as always. Just needs a quick wipe over after use with some soapy water. The dish is quite deep and made my cake not rise as much as I would have liked if I had to find a fault.

O fundo removível é super prático, o tamanho é o padrão para tortas e quiches. O corpo em aço dá muita firmeza. E o antiaderente é o melhor que já vi.
