Lucas Oil 10001 Heavy Duty Oil Stabiliser, 946 ml

Totally transformed my rattly engine .. i actually thought my car had a ‘friday ‘ built engine as since i bought it 5 years ago its rattled and clanked and i thought thats just the way it is , changed the oil last week using this additive with thd correct manufacturer recommended grade oil and even though Mercedes did the oil 2200 miles ago the car is now so quiet its fantastic 👏🏻👏🏻

Good stuff really quietend my engine down

I have an Audi Q7 which like most engine if this gen has a timing chain rattle on start up due to the tensioner losing it's oil pressure while stood overnight and then rattling on start up for a couple of seconds until it builds oil pressure in the tentioner, it's done this since I've owned the car.I say this and thought I'd give it a try and well this additive has completely stopped the rattle on start up, I don't mean improved it, I mean it's just doesn't rattle on start up any more at all. The engine also genuinely feels smooth are and quieter as well (not that it was bad before) it just feels better.Great product that actually does what they say it does.I'm shocked it worked this well, but it has so I'll recommend it.Now I am in no way saying it will fix all faulty engines but if you have a rattle, an old high mileage engine or just want to improve and prevent issues give this a try as in my experience it works.

Certainly made a smalk amountof difference. Too soon to evaluate fully.

This stuff quiet in the engine down I used it in my Jaguar XF because my timing chain has got quite a rattle it did quieten it down for a short time but a few weeks later it’s still rattling I think the lubrication could be suspect with this using it long-term it is a fantastic tool though when you are rebuilding an engine to use this as your assembly lubrication but I wouldn’t use it long-term

Engine runs smoother and quieter we have been using it for a couple of years on our families 4 cars

Our car engine sounds quieter now plus definitely quieter on fist start after being left a while no oil dra back 😀

国産30年経過の2リッターターボ車両のエンジンとMTミッションに投入しました。添加量は10%以下、だいたい7%程度の様子見程度ですが少し変化が分かりました。エンジンについては雑味のある音の減少と始動後の水温安定が早くなりました。ミッションは変速時にギア当たりが柔らかな、優しい手応えに変化して、いかにも保護している感があります。ドライスタート時の保護、熱を吸収し取る、高負荷での粘りは実際に投入時の粘性からも間違いない品質です。
