Bought a can of the Matt Black primer after going through one too many cans of Citadel primer in a short space of time. Works like a dream, dries very nicely and evenly and have primed dozens of models with it and none have been grainy etc. Looks like it goes on thick but is a nice, thin even coat with proper application. Works just as well as any of the name-brand "specialist" cans I've used. Just picked up another can, along with some other colours, very happy.

Whilst the paint itself has a great even finish the can doesn't go very far!

Good spray paint dries quickly lovely finish easy to use worth the price

Drying time is reasonable, though full hardness takes a while. It adds a noticeable shine and some protection, but durability is moderate; it scratches more easily than some premium brands. For basic projects, it's a cost-effective option, but for high-wear items, consider alternatives.

L’ho comprata per verniciare il para motore della moto: devo dire che ha lo stesso effetto del telaio. Un nero matto che assomiglia ad una verniciatura epossidica. Bomboletta e ugello di ottima qualità che non crea sbavatura. Vedremo la durata nel tempo.

Ich habe das Hycote glänzend Schwarz Farbspray nun schon zweimal gekauft und bin jedes Mal begeistert. Die Anwendung ist einfach und das Spray verteilt sich gleichmäßig, ohne Tropfen oder unschöne Sprühstrahlen zu hinterlassen. Die Farbe deckt sehr gut und sorgt für einen schönen, glänzenden Schwarzton, der das Projekt wirklich aufwertet. Was mich besonders überzeugt, ist der angenehme Geruch. Im Vergleich zu anderen Spraydosen ist dieser hier wesentlich weniger intensiv, was das Arbeiten angenehmer macht. Zudem trocknet die Farbe bei idealen Bedingungen wirklich schnell, sodass man nicht lange warten muss, um weiterzuarbeiten. Ein kleiner Nachteil: Bei größeren Flächen kann es etwas mühsam sein, eine gleichmäßige Schicht zu erzielen, aber das ist bei den meisten Sprühfarben üblich. Alles in allem ist das Hycote Farbspray aber ein sehr gutes Produkt, das für den Preis eine tolle Leistung bietet. Ich werde es definitiv weiterhin kaufen und kann es für kleinere bis mittlere Lackierprojekte nur empfehlen.
