This review is for L'oreal Hydra Energetic Mens face cream. Normally I pay 9 pound from supremarked because it's the best stuff I've used over the years! Hands down. Ok so I came on Amazon looking to see if I could get a deal and right enough 2 for 10er brilliant I ordered 2. Immediately after I opened the bottle and squired out the cream I immediately noticed the cream was BLUE and not WHITE as legitimate ones are. I decided to tell myself oh it must just be a new colour I'll give it a try and I'll know for sure the next day if it's sure till not working on my skin like the white one was ill know it's fake. Day 2. With blue. Competely faded away! This is NOT a genuine product BEWARE.

Do you like searing, burning eyeballs as you applying to your face? The smell is soo strong and defeats any purpose of it feeling good. Probably tested on animals, definitely tested on humans and designed for a alien race who enjoy burning eyeballs! No thanks. Avoid and look for a product that will actually help your skin... This is just a perfumed to the max, horrible, perfumed product.

I've been using this product for 7 years. For some reason the formula has changed and has little resemblance to the original. The colour of the moisturiser has changed from blue to white and it now has precious little aroma. The original aroma is the reason I've been using it every day for so long! Unless someone can explain to me that I have brought a different product in error I shall sadly not be using this again. Very annoyed to say the least!

I bought a 100ml pot of this expecting it to be the same as the cream I was already using. Seems they changed the formula. I looked at the 50ml pot and it was not listed as new formula, but the one with Guarana and peppermint scent, so I bought 2 x 50ml pots. This too was the new formula and was not the one listed with Guarana and peppermint scent, but the same as the 100ml pot.

Gets a 3-star purely for the price. I was using this in conjunction with the L'oreal Men Expert Hydra Energetic Charcoal Face Wash to try and sort my spots out. The wash is great, cheap, and has lasted ages for a very cheap price. This moisturiser however is very expensive and at only 50ml, it ran out after 3 weeks using it morning and night. It is good quality stuff though, but for this price I would only use it for special occasions. It soaks in fast and the design of the bottle is excellent, one pump covers the whole face and neck area. It left my skin looking healthy but not too shiny as with most other moisturisers. Is it worth it? Depends how much you'd use it and how much money you have I guess.

Bought after reading glowing reviews on Amazon. I personally am of the opinion that the marketing used to sell moisturiser to men is ridiculous, and this product is of no exception. "Expert", "Hydra", "Energetic", "Action" seem to be Manly words for proper Men. I mean, how can a moisturiser be "Energetic"???? It's bloody STUPID! It's purpose is to hydrate and soften skin! This product has a very artificial colour - light blue, and smell - think 'musky aftershave', and unfortunately is an average moisturiser at best. I've found it to be no better for my skin than most cheaper moisturising lotions, whether its Simple's £2-3 offerings or Palmers Cocoa Butter or the standard Nivea. Is it worth £10? Not in a million years. Oh, and the pump squeezes out way too much! I have to 'half pump' or end up plastering my hands and arms with the excess moisturiser my face does not need.

None greasy and leaves skin feeling soft. Absorbs instantly and leaves no shiny residue. I bought this to take on holiday and after a week of sunshine and temps in the upper 20's it has keep my skin in good condition. Just try not to accidentally get it in your eyes. The only downside is that it is fairly perfumed, I'd prefer it to be non-perfumed.

This is a good product. Absorbs really quickly and sorted out the dry skin on my face. Doesn't feel like you have anything on but lasts all day. Dry skin hasn't returned even on days I forget to apply it. Good for beards as well.

It is a great product, I am ordering it for the first time, and I highly recommend it for men, I have tried several products but will stick to this one for now.
