I’ve been using Optibac Probiotics for Women for a while now, and it’s one of the few supplements I’ve actually stuck with. What stood out to me is that it focuses on specific strains like Lactobacillus reuteri RC-14 and Lactobacillus rhamnosus GR-1, which seem to be well researched rather than just thrown in for marketing. The capsules are easy to take, and I like that they’re vegan and don’t need to be refrigerated. After a few weeks, I noticed things felt more balanced overall, especially during times when I’d usually have minor issues. It’s not a miracle fix, and it does take consistency, but it feels like a solid, well-thought-out product rather than a generic probiotic. A bit on the pricey side, but for me, it’s been worth it.

What a difference! Now on my 4th month and I don't know how I didn't find this earlier. It is a little on the expensive side but knowing it is working is all I am concerned with.

Been a life saver and God send. I have had months and months of issues with Thrush and H-Pylori. Never had the issue until after months of Antibiotocs and knock backs. After seeing a brilliant review on here, and the GP saying you need to take a probiotic with your Antibiotocs (yes I have to pay!) I started these. After a few days for the first time no pain, no irritation and no tears. Then it came back a little. I nearly gave up but as instructed I doubled the dose and never looked back. Its the price you have to pay for something to work and if its £40 a month so be it. Just try it and give it a couple of weeks...it may not even be that long. I hold my hand up and tha k Optipac 🙌🏾🥹

I tried this for three consecutive days and I got stomach issues, including nausea, bloating, acid reflux. I don't know if it is because I mixed one capsule of this with one cap of Wellgard vitaflora, and it was too much for my stomach. Today I didn't take either capsule and all the symtpms are practically gone. I have tried Wellgard Vitaflora on its own before with no issues, but I decided to mix it with other probiotcs strains because I was having an infection, bad idea. I will go back to Wellgard and have patience.

This is a very good probiotic. I recommend!

Stop working after a while. They were great at first but it’s as though my body has got too used to them and all other symptoms I had previously have come back. I’ve changed to something else which has seen all my symptoms disappear within four days

had a little problem with some smelly vagina and been use for a month now .. didnt need as on second week definitely no more problems .. really happy .. i have been taking for my balance and im comfortable now , really recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have a huge issue with my gut and sugar gives me migraines almost instantly. Ive tried literally 30 or so different probiotics, and these are by far the best. They have 2 ingredients in here that I think contribute to why they are so efficient and effective plus they also have a prebiotic. I have only found one other probiotic that contained the same. I try to wait and see when they are on sale because they are a little pricey, but worth every penny.

Recently, I was having issues getting them on amazon because of stocking issues and the company is based out of the UK. However, I am able to get them again and nothing compares trust me!
