Finally found my go-to Omega 3
Iโve tried a few different fish oil supplements, but Iโm really happy with this one. Itโs been a game-changer for me. The triple strength is noticeable because I feel like Iโm getting a solid dose of Omega 3 without having to take a ton of pills. Solgar products are not the cheapest but I know I can trust that they are great quality and always come in a glass bottle. Personally, I don't want my supplements to have a film of plastic on them.
