Omega 7sea buckthorn oil
This is an excellent product I use it to help with dry eyes that were very sore and painful, I personally take this supplement all the time and my eyes are no longer sore or painful, I have found something that really works for me and I am truly grateful for this amazing supplement thank you kind regards Deborah

Amazing! Well worth a serious trial!
I have been taking Pharma Nord Omega 7 Sea Buckthorn oil capsules for 5 weeks now. I have a history of ocular rosacea and having just reached menopause, my eyes became even more troublesome & dry. Since taking these capsules (as directed and faithfully for 5 weeks) my eye health truly is 80% improved! I no longer use artificial tears and often forget about their dryness completely, I would certainly recommend that others give this product a serious trial, after so much money spent on `other products' which have not worked, I am delighted to leave a positive review for this 'miracle' supplement!"

Possible side effect - advice
I have taken these for two weeks, 4 per day. I have seen immediate improvement in dry eyes and skin. However, unfortunately they seem to have caused diarrhoea and stomach cramps so I will not be taking them again. I have found an online article that mentions this possible side effect and says that sea buckthorn contains laxative substances. It recommends using an alternative source of omega 7 which is macadamia nuts. You may be fine with the sea buckthorn but if you have the same side effect I hope this helps.

Menopause symtoms
Great product! With a forced menopause i was looking for any product to help me to relieve my symtoms, so i googled and it says to try omega 7 so i went to Amazon( cant live without) to see any omega 7 and came across this product and i say well why no to try?? So i did and guess what? Believe me or not it works wonders. I ordered again and i will continue. Knowing how good this product is i forgot the price and i focus in my health.
