REAL HUNGARIAN PAPRIKA
The product arrived on time, prettily packaged and in good order. I bought this brand of paprika in the States some time ago, found it excellent - not bitter like many of the paprikas on offer in the usual spice ranges - and looked for the equivalent in Europe. It's a bit dear - especially when posted to France - but it's well worth the cost.

Pretty expensive but the quality is brilliant.
Normal paprika has very little aroma and the taste is nondescript. This paprika has the most fantastic aroma, the taste is wonderful and it colours the food irich red without the need for additional food colouring. This paprika makes you realise that you have never tasted real paprika before.

Great product, and what a fabulous rich red colour. Only downside is the cost of the postage, Not sure I will order again because of this

Real Hungarian paprika (not cheap mystery spices) the proof is in the beautiful flavor.
The Best! The real stuff - there's no mistaking genuine Hungarian paprika. Wonderful flavor, great in almost any savory dish. Please be careful when buying because so many companies play fast and loose and send you Spanish paprika which is nothing whatsoever like the real Hungarian product. This drives me crazy because it can ruin a recipe if you use the wrong spice. Farkas sells you the real product.

Is it better than Spanish
Lovely bag, with clear plastic bag inside. Delicate and not acrid flavour, sweet-ish as described. Is it worthy of the super-premium over supermarket paprika? No. Is it better than Spanish? Not in my opinion. Is it different from the others? Yes. Would I get this again? I made goulash with it today. It was well received. I'd need to try the recipe with "ordinary" paprika but I would doubt that this was worth the expense. Cheers.

Beautifully Aromatic
Have ordered this three times now, it has not disappointed. There are loads of Paprika’s out there of course, but I do find this one to be beautifully aromatic, and makes a real difference to dishes. Really recommend it. Another plus is that it is so nicely packaged and makes a great little gift.

Quality is OK, but doesn't seem any different to the supermarket stuff to me.
I've read quite a lot about the quality of Hungarian paprika and how you can't make a proper goulash without it. Goulash is a dish I've made quite a few times with the regular paprika you can get from the supermarkets and after getting the proper stuff and using it, i have to say, I couldn't really tell the difference.
