Seems to work for me
Started using this a couple of years ago - I have a diesel car that is over 9 years old and has done 70,000 miles. There is a great debate online as to whether these additives actually make a difference. For me, it seems to. I typically only use supermarket fuel and as the engine is getting older, it seemed that I wasn't getting as good fuel consumption. For me it seems to help with the efficiency.

Despite what the doom mongers say, this does improve my MPG.
I first started using this on my Skoda Fabia Monte Carlo. The Redex upped my mpg to almost 60. I now have a VW Golf GTD 184 and I was unhappy with the mileage. I realise that this car has 184 BHP, but I was only getting mid 40mpg-maybe 47/8 on a run. Started using this a few months ago and my mpg has now gone up to almost 52mpg and the car feels a lot peppier (although the acceleration without Redex is still very quick!). I usually get around 400/430 miles from a full tank but recently I got over 480 miles on a tank. So yes this does work, it has improved my mpg and the engine feels better. The only downside I can think of is that I have had to go online to get any as I can't find it on the High Street. I used to get mine from Wilcos, but they've not had any for ages. I would recommend using Redex.

Worth purchasing
I have used Redex now for over 13 months and have 2 miles plus to the gallon extra so worth using. I am only generally urban driving so would probably improve if driving for further distances at a time. 100% recommend. Packaged well.

I have only given three stars, because it's difficult to know if it's done the job. We can only assume it does what it says on the tin. Redex is a well known quality item and we have had no problems with the car. Can't say it goes like a rocket now!!
