When plain water just won't cut it, Science in Sport has got you covered! The pill dissolves beautifully. Leaving a delicious source of nutrients and electrolytes in its wake. It really doesn't affect my sleep quality. No stomach issues either. Its cheap enough to subscribe to a bottle monthly. The high quality is that good that I have multiple bottles! In terms of pain relief, (I'm not a doctor. So always consult a healthcare professional), but i don't think this is actually supposed to be a pain antagonist? The texture is just water. Picture tasty water, like diluting juice, but really good for you. The size of each tablet is relatively medium. Kind of the size of the dip in the palm of your hand. No pain relief.

By far the best electrolyte tablet's ive tried so far! Others have been salty, not dissolved well, left a very funny aftertaste and frankly unpleasant / a chore to try and drink. SIS electrolyte tablet's are well priced, well packaged and come in a number of different flavours, they work well and do as they promise. Dissolve well in water, taste great and help hydration whilst providing energy. Great for sporting or every day use. Also particularly good on holidays in hot temperatures, especially if you have been indulging in holiday drinks, very good for keeping hydrated. If you havent tried or have used different brand, these are definitely worth a go.

Use these during and after workouts- certainly rehydrates you and tastes good too

Used these regularly for a while and they were a good, convenient way to stay hydrated. Easy to drop into water and the flavour is decent without being too strong. They worked well for light workouts and general hydration. I’ve since moved onto a stronger powder, but these are still a solid option for everyday use.

My favourite electrolyte tabs and I've tried a few. No wierd aftertaste, and you feel replenished. I usually take first thing when I wake up before I go to the gym.

Tastes good, dissolves/mixes well, cheaper than premade bottles of electrolyte drink, but does the exact same thing. Great hydration, great pumps, great consistent energy. I drink one an hour before training and one whilst I train. I know its not marketed as a 'pump' product, but when you have a good electrolyte and hydration level, you get great pumps when you train. Only tried the Berry flavour which is nice. Actually much nicer than other brands I have tried. Generally electrolyte drinks that arent just packed with sugar, can be a little salty, which doesnt particularly bother me, but this one is mild, and quite palatable. Would highly recommend.

Love the taste of the berry flavour

I got these because a medication I’m on tends to leave me dehydrated, and I wanted to try something that might help with hydration. I honestly can’t tell how much of a difference they make. I try to drink lots of other liquids too. The berry flavour is quite strong and a little artificial for my taste. I found it a bit overpowering. That said, they dissolve easily and are convenient to take on the go. If you're after a zero-sugar option with added electrolytes, these could be worth a try. But taste-wise, they might not be for everyone. As for me, I've started using the diorahydrate tablets instead because they taste better, and i feel more confident that they are working to rehydrate me.
