Greased Lightning Showroom Shine Waterless Car Wash & Wax Twin Pack 2x1L

I have been using Showroom Shine for years now and every single time I use it, I am so impressed. When I think how I use to mess around with buckets of soapy water, watering cans to rinse it, cloths to dry it off and still there were smears, or pay for it to be washed - but never again. With this product I just spray on one car section at a time, I use a microfibre cloth to spread it over, then a clean fibre cloth to polish it off. Showroom shine has the ability to dissolve any surface grit almost immediately so no scratches on the paint work and the shine on windows and bodywork is phenomenal and so easy to use and so quick. Of course I use it indoors as well, to polish the microwave, windows, glass tables or any polishable surface. I believe in giving credit where credit it is due and that is why have taken the trouble to write this. If you’ve never tried it give it a go, you will never go back to the hassle and mess of water washing your car again and the spray bottle lasts ages.

I've used this product in the past and was always pleased with the results. It's easy to apply and leaves the car looking in showroom condition. Also very handy if there is a hosepipe ban, as no water is required.

I bought this product slightly sceptical as to how effective it would be. However, given the on-going water shortage I thought it more of a duty to try it. Well I have to say I am so glad I did. The finish is amazing and depth of gloss absolutely beautiful. The bottle is slightly flimsy as another customer has noted , but this is not really a gripe. Highly recommended.

Ordered due to local hosepipe ban. The car had not been cleaned for several weeks and had accumulated loads of flies and tar and road muck. I was very dubious about using on a new car so tried in a small area. I was surprised to see how well it worked and would / will use again. It has a nice smell and applies well, but does take more product elbow grease and time than advertised. I would estimate probably 4 or 5 cleans out of a bottle and probably twice the time. However I was pleased with the results and would recommend. Based on the above, it works out under £3 a clean so i would say value for money. Just need to see what level of protection it gives now we are due some rain.

Saw this on a tv shopping channel in 2006. I doubted it would work, thought it was a gimmick. I decided to try it, WOW was I wrong to doubt it. It really is the best on the market and I've used it ever since. No cold wet hands on colder days, no mess to clear up and the brilliant showroom shine us amazing. No scratching, safe on plastic trim put on take off straight away. Car body and wheels amazing no matter how dirty. You can now get Grease Lightning window cleaner that removes grime, bugs etc and leaves a water proof film. I'm 78 yrs old now and I have a little Nissan Note but to me after using Grease Lightning she is my Rolls Royce. Happy Cleaning, give it a try. 👍💯😊

I am not normally one for writing product reviews but I was sufficiently impressed by this product to apply finger to keyboard. I have been thinking of trying a waterless car wash/shine for some time. I am one who never buys anything without a bit of research. It appears that most waterless wash products will clean a car but there is a real difference in their ability to shine. I thought I had the right one until I read the reviews on Amazon and noted the universal disappointment with the after shine. Then I came across this product and read the reviews. It's all about the shine. I bought some. My wife has a 13 year old silver car, I have a 5 year old one in a striking mid blue metallic. Having 'old' cars I like to keep them clean and shiny so they can hold their own in the carpark. I have used carnuba wax in the past and have been pleased with the result, but it is hard work. I liked the idea of a product that would clean the paintwork and apply carnuba wax at the same time. I bought some. I did may wife's car first. I found that I used far more of the product than I should have. You have to learn to be not too heavy handed with it, a little does go a long way. It was easy to apply and wipe off the dirt and the film of wax left behind was quick and easy to polish off. There was a definite extra shine to the paintwork and the glass.. What really impressed me was the way the alloy wheels came up. It cleaned off all the black brake dust and road dirt and had them shinning like new. Then I did my car. I used far less product as I began to get the measure of it. I was left with a deep lustrous shine on the paintwork and again the glass and alloys came up like new. I did not use it on the tyres as I have a favourite tyre shine product anyway. I can only assume that subsequent applications will build up the layer of wax and deepen the shine.... in fact I think I may go and clean my car after writing this.... I will definitely be buying this product as my new 'standard, car cleaning product and I have no hesitation in recommending it to others. David G

This stuff is great. Was previously using Williams Wash and Wax and it left the cloths smelling of a foul chemical smell and you could only throw away the cloths that you used, or the smell would contaminate everything including the washing machine! Thank Goodness I tried this product, nice smell, cloths can be washed without upsetting the washing machine and the product works wonders on the car. Only gripe, as others have said is the bottle the Product comes in is quite thin and as you are spraying the neck of the bottle bends inwards slightly. I’ll easily be buying Greased Lightning again, but transferring the contents to a different spray bottle!
