Best smoker ever!!
I have had 3 hand smokers before and they all broke. Obviously time will tell with this one, but its used by chefs, so I imagine it will last as its a commercial model.Anyway, I had the first Polyscience one and it lasted 3 months before the smoke built up and destroyed it.I have had 2 cheap chinese ones and both only lasted 1 week.But with all of them I could not taste the smoke, but with this, my pulled chicken sandwiches tasted like they just came off the BBQ.Yes its expensive, but its worth it.Its very well made and feels like it belongs in a pro kitchen.Its also nice you can break it down to clean it.

I used this for cold smoking meet with great results! It's very powerful and it has a great build quality. You can easily dismantle it for cleaning the metal parts. All in all, a very well made product.
