it quiets your mind
I have used this Bach'flower remedy for some time and find it does help to get to,sleep I'd feel youmuse a few drops under your tongue before bedtime. Think it was value for Mindy.

Flower remedies
Very good and prompt delivery. I buy a lot of these . The only downside is they always pack three loose glass bottles without any padding, only a matter of time before they break!
