i mainly sleep on my front but sometimes on my back,does thi swivel round naturally by itself or would i need. wear two pairs?

Hi. It is designed to cover your eyes. Unfortunately your eyes stay in the same place whichever way up you sleep so swivelling is not really necessary and the back of your head does not need 'eye' cover - unless of course you are in the higher rank of humans that somehow can see out of the back of their head.

Can I ask if they are comfortable to drive in?

I've been driving with them for a month and haven't seen any problems at all. And, to boot, I've been avoiding all the traffic mayhem (19 accidents, 4 driving-wrong-way incidents, 381 near misses) there has apparently been along my route during this period. Best purchase I've ever made!

Is this suitable for side sleepers?

I really don't understand why anyone has answered 'yes' to this question. NO it really is not suitable for anything other than if you sleep on your back all night. I used it for the first time last night - I sleep on my side - and had the most terrible night's sleep. I eventually just took the stupid, uncomfortable thing off and used my free airline eye mask again. A total waste of money.
