Bought this a few days ago and the first thing you notice is the scoop size... Its ridiculously big so the two scoops you require take a lot of space in the bottle. Taste is another let down as the strawberry flavour tastes very chemically! Trust me it's hard to drink! However I have advice on how to consume this and not gag for your dear life! Take one scoop in the morning and one at night/after gym! Best is to mix it with frozen strawberries, banana's, blue berries, red berries(you can buy the pack from Sainsburys). Add Some oats if you like and a small Spoon of chia seeds and frozen avocado pieces. Finally low fat milk(orange cap, it's 1% fat). Use a blender for 20-30seconds... Your shake is now ready and the taste is now great and you can easily consume 600ml full bottle without a problem. I will update on gains later as only been a couple of days! Hope this helps.

This was my second purchase of the Serious Mass Protein Powder. I did not buy it for training or body building sport. I developed a temporary condition that made me inactive for a couple of months. During this time I was not eating properly or getting any exercise. I dropped from my normal and average muscular 12 stone frame to 10.5 stone in weight. I looked at reviews on products for putting on weight and the feedback on this product was really good. My own experience is that it worked for me and in only two purchases over two months I regained my weight. It was very good value for money for my situation. The taste was more bland than a fruit juice but not unpleasant in any way. I used a hand blender to mix it and this made it smooth without any dry lumps. I recommend it for putting on weight. I was able to double my eating calorie intake each day. As for body building sports, I cannot feedback on that since I think it would take a bit longer to assess.

On my 4th week on product can see the difference in my body Lost alot of weight finding it hard to put back on. Having the drink with milk instead of water suits me better Its extra calories and giving me a appetite in a good way Would highly recommend for body mass .

At first glance this looked like a great powder but after using it for a week i realised it was as amazing as i first thought. The nutritional values are all great, one of the highest calorie shakes i have seen. But this is all to do with the portion size, the scoop/shovel is MASSIVE! So big infact you struggle to get it out of the tub. So not as good value as first thoughtbecause the tub doesn't last long atall. If you do follow the portioning though you will put on weight i personsally put on half and stone in a couple weeks and most of that was muscle and i generally struggle to put on any weight so was happy with this. The flavours not bad a guess, i went with strawberry was a bit sweet and you could smell it upstaires when i opened the tub. But not to bad very managable and didnt clump atall which was nice. All in all a good product but wont last very long.

A wonderful product, strawberry mixes perfectly and produces results. Contains high protein and carbohydrate content but as a bonus, creatine too! If you take the recommended dosage, it wont last long, but isnt the most expensive around (review for tub). Rating is based on taste, mixing and results.

Surprisingly nice for a mass gainer. It is quite sweet, so be prepared for that, but the strawberry flavour is one of the best I’ve had compared to other mass gainers or protein shakes. One thing I noticed with my first tub was that the lid looked like it had been pierced with a needle. I contacted Optimum Nutrition directly, and they confirmed this is normal for transport to prevent pressure build-up, so nothing to worry about. Definitely recommend using a blender to mix this rather than a standard shaker. It’s quite thick and a shaker doesn’t really do it justice. Overall, a solid mass gainer that tastes good and mixes well when done properly.

Je l’ai intégré à mes shakes post-entraînement, et il m’aide à atteindre mes objectifs calorifiques quotidiens sans avoir à manger des quantités énormes de nourriture. Il est assez riche en protéines et glucides, ce qui permet une bonne récupération et une prise de masse musculaire efficace. En revanche, il est important de le consommer avec un programme d’entraînement adapté, car il est assez calorique et peut entraîner un petit gain de graisse si la consommation n’est pas bien dosée. Je recommande pour ceux qui ont du mal à atteindre leurs objectifs caloriques ou qui cherchent à augmenter leur masse musculaire.

Puedo decir que sí funciona para lo que promete: ganar masa y peso rápidamente. Cada batido tiene muchísimas calorías (más de 1 200 si usas los dos cacitos completos), así que es ideal para quienes les cuesta subir de peso o tienen un metabolismo muy rápido como en mi caso, Se nota el aumento de energía y masa corporal en pocas semanas si lo combinas con entrenamiento. El sabor está bastante bien, aunque es algo dulce. Puede causar pesadez, gases o molestias digestivas si no estás acostumbrado o si lo tomas muy rápido. En fin, lo recomiendo si estás enfocado en ganar peso de forma rápida y no te importa tanto la limpieza de los ingredientes. En mi caso ha sido una buena ayuda para subir de peso de forma controlada. 👍
