great original product and looks good. quick and easy to clean. use high quality coffee pre-ground or grind your own good quality beans and this will produce very good quality mokka coffee. My experience is that the two cup pot only produces enough top quality coffee for half a single espresso cup, so I would recommend buying the three or four cup pot which is not that much more expensive if you want a full espresso cup or two cups.

This is a quality product. The grade of Aluminium are heavy and it is well constructed. Well worth paying more for this original design.

Lovely moka pot, does an excellent job.

Well built and easy to use. I brought a 2-cup version which suits my consumption needs. But be mindful that its base may be a bit too small to handle for some gas stoves. Should not be a problem for electric stove or use with an induction hob plate.

Makes great coffee, very impressed. It a nice ritual and I was very pleasantly surprised on how good the coffee tastes made in this fashion. Recommend

I have an electric espresso/cappucino maker machine at home but I also have this Bialetti Moka for when I travel. I am Italian and I can tell you that this is a very traditional way of making Italian coffee at home (every Italian home has one or more of these in different sizes) and this is still the best way to make coffee at home in my opinion. Living overseas I sometimes find it hard to find good ground coffee to use so I need my stock of coffee from Italy to last as long as possible. I find that with the same quantity of ground coffee I get more out of the Bialetti than I do from the electric espresso maker. The workings of this machine are very simple, through heat and high pressure all the good oils form the coffee are extracted and mixed with the boiling water. If you want make real Italian coffee at home then this (and good quality ground espresso coffee) is all you need. This size makes two italian espresso cups of coffee. Please note that Italian espresso cups are small because this coffee is more concentrated and stronger than a drip coffee. some tips: - once the machine makes a noise it is time to take it off the heat (do not let the coffee boil in it) - once the coffee is all out stir it before pouring (the last bit of coffee is more diluted than the first half which sits in the bottom)

My second Bialetti moka pot,highly recommended,make sure to follow the tips in the instructions.spare parts for these moka pots are readily available.

It's mini and says 2 cups but I actually got 1 cup after percolation. The base is small so it takes time to heat up. that's why prefer to put at least 75-80 C water. It takes around 2.5 -3.5 min to see the oozing of the coffee. Love the extraction and the taste.
