Korean Red Ginseng Extract, 80mg/g, 30 Days

I have been using this over a month now (I am 40 yrs old male). I generally start at the beginning of September or mid September to boost my immune system and general well being. The product is the same as another brand which is sold for £10 more than this, so I suggest buy this one! I feel more energetic and sharp but you have to find your own suitability requirements as it has many uses. Do some research on the internet before you start your dosage. I take one spoon (provided) a day, effects take 2-3 weeks depending on which age bracket you fall in.

I really like the taste of this, a nice sweet earthy taste. have to put the jar down before I get carried away. As for benefit - I've been taking Ginseng for 40 years so didn't expect any further miracles, just an enjoyable way of adding this supplement

product arrived on date specified item looks exactly as seen and drsctibed. Not used yet so cannot comment on its potency.

Didn't do anything for me really so after 30 days I didn't bother to replenish.It DID create a mild stomach feeling not unlike having had too much coffee, a sort of physical and slight on edge effect, so perhaps the stimulation was there in organic terms. It just didn't perk me up, stop me slumping at 2pm or from feeling tired. As an experiment I tried twice the suggested dose at lunchtime and was still happily snoozing on the sofa that afternoon.Have reverted to - shock horror - exercise and fresh air, which are working better.I would always suggest giving things like this a go as we're all different and I have a friend who swears by ginseng. Not for me though.

This stuff is a first class, top quality product and gives a marked energy boost.

The Korean Red Ginseng still the best Ginseng ever, I did try already all them and I back always to this one, his quality is excellent and if you want the best one then this is all you need.

Do noticeable difference and tastes awful even when you have it with a glass of juice or a hot drink as recommended. Bad value for money.
