I got this after being recommended it by the dentist - I’ve unfortunately had a lot of dental issues in my life and try to buy decent stuff to help keep on top of things when possible. This one doesn’t burn when you use it unlike some other mouth washes due to it being alcohol free and it tastes quite pleasant. After going down a oral healthcare rabbithole I'd never buy anything other than this tbh, it seems the only actual mouthwash that protects your mouth after clearing it of debrey, why would you buy another non-alcohol mouthwash and not opt for the added flouride protection - it's like a quick toothbruth without the effort with a bonus water flossing. Great if you're away too and don't want to fuss about bringing a toothbrush etc - obviously not ideal but it still does help with the flouride
